Clean & crisp, tasteful & fun, just like the style throughout Copenhagen. And just like a majority of the Danish, its blonde!! Brewed with a touch of Caramel and Biscuit malt, plus Grains of Paradise for a subtle complexity and extra depth of flavor. Made in collaboration with our BFF brewmaster Søren Wagner from Dry & Bitter Brewing Company and the famous Fermentoren bar of Copenhagen. Skål - Cheers!!

Bottle. Pours nearly clear ta amber with big stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with fruity and nutty touches and notes of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of caramel malt and touches of nuts and citric hints. Estery and citric aftertaste with hoppy aftertaste. Well-balanced and decent.

650ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, redd-ish golden to amber colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Fruity hoppy and malty aroma, hints of rosehip, hibiscus, a touch of pomegranate, biscuity malty background. Taste is fruity and minimally grassy hoppy, sweet-ish, biscuity and caramel malty, minimally spicy, hints of rosehip, hibiscus, pomegranate, a minimally peppery touch, a minimally chocolately malty touch as well. Creamy texture, smooth and soft, silky palate. Nothing spectacular, very fine compostion of malts.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a dark honey color with an enormous foamy orange-white head that left good lacing. The aroma was sweet, a bit tangy, yeasty and a touch fruity. The flavor was sweet, tangy and a bit malty but otherwise did not have much going on. Medium length finish. Medium body.
