tap (aged 1 year in Buffalo Trace barrels) - This beer pours copper colored with some good lacing. It has a bourbon led aroma with hops and faint traces of citrus. The flavor is full of bourbon with a big hops kick for good measure. Aggressive. The citrus is under there too. Vanilla. It’s medium bodied with a hoppy, bourbon rich finish. Very nice.

Draft @ brewery. Boozy bourbon, oak, and vanilla aroma. Smells pretty good, but surprisingly on the faint side. Hazy deep straw gold with a huge off-white head. Bourbon, dry oak, vanilla, and light herbal hops flavor. Body on the lighter side of medium, soft carbonation. Not too bad.
