tap at the brewpub - Pours amber and has a caramel malt aroma and flavor. Mild hops bitterness. Medium body. Good balance. Pretty decent.

Draft @ brewery. Apple and caramel malt aroma. Clear amber with a small off-white head. Metallic toasty malt flavor. Body on the light side of medium, soft carbonation. After having a few of their beers, and asking the brewer a few questions, I discovered they are brewing using straight Fort Wayne city water, which explains the odd mineral flavor that’s noticeable in some of their lighter styles.
