The nose of this champagne-style cider is complete and full of apple sweetness. It is bottle-conditioned, naturally carbonated, almost effervescent; thus bringing out a clean, crisp apple taste from start to finish.

Sample at winery tasting room. Tart crisp dry apple aroma. Slightly hazed yellow. Dry, crisp musty sweet apple and light alcohol flavor. Light body, lively carbonation. Very nice English style cider.

sampled at the cidery - Pours hazy straw colored and bubbly with a rich sweet apple aroma. The flavor is lightly sweet and this cider is indeed very bubbly on the palate. Really, really bubbly. It proceeds to a dry finish. Good, maybe could be better.
