Apple fills the nose accompanied with hints of candied cinnamon. This is a light cider dominated by apple with a light cinnamon finish. This cider was bombarded with the famous, round red cinnamon candies.

Draft sample @ winery. Sweet apple and light cinnamon candy aroma. Clear pale yellow, no head per usual for cider. Cinnamon candy flavor which overpowers the light apple flavor. Light body, moderate carbonation.

tap at OktoBeerfest in Ft Wayne - Pours pale hazy green with no head. It smells of green apples and cinnamon. The flavor is of tart sour apples and fairly mild cinnamon. It’s light bodied and quite decent though personally I wasn’t that into the candy cinnamon flavor. Fortunately it wasn’t strong.
