Apples fill the nose with slight hints of cherry. We crush the cherries and add them to the cider, from the beginning of fermentation they are together. It is full of apple on the start with cherry accents with a great tart, pie cherry finish.

Draft sample @ winery. Clean apple and light tart cherry aroma. Clear rose, no head per usual for cider. Sweet apple and tart cherry flavor - not too tart or sweet. Body on the light side of medium, flat carbonation.
