A strong apple nose, this cider is naturally carbonated, bold and full of apple. It is dominated from start to finish by the apple, a bit acidic and astringent towards the finish. It is perfectly crisp and refreshing and a bit more dry than Cottage.

Bottle. Fresh ripe sweet apple aroma, like walking into an apple booth at a farmer’s market. Hazy deep cold with a small fizzy, quickly dissipating white head. Fresh tart apple flavor, very slight sweetness. Light crisp body, lively carbonation, dry finish. Jason’s got a real knack for these nice dry English style ciders.

tap at OktoBeerfest in Ft Wayne in 2012 - Pours hazy pale green with minimal head. It has a tart green apple aroma. It mildly sweet as it hits the tongue then the tartness kicks in and it finishes somewhat dry. It’s a good, refreshing cider. Rerated in 2022 - clear gold pour with a small fizzy head. Nice apple aroma with a musty character. The flavor is definitely on the dry side. The apples shine through nicely. 3.5 Averaged ratings for 3.4 total.
