Ten Minutes to midnight is our first Imperial Stout. Our goal was to create a big and bold pitchblack beer with a complex malt bill that would result in an almost dessertlike beer.
Malt Bill: Pale, Munich, Amber 70, Cookie Malt, Special B, Dark Chocolatmalt, Carafa III, flaked barley, Chocolat wheatmalt, sugar
For hops we used Columbus hops.
