Bottle. Black. Dominating licorice in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with licorice and a hint of smooth whiskey. Very low on Carbon. Smooth, quite drinkable and certainly not boozy, but also a bit onedimensional. Nevertheless a good beer.

bottle from Stanislaus @Zwolle, pours black with frothy kaki head. aroma of chocolate, cacao, malts and licorice. Taste is soft, smooth, licorice, some laurel, chocolate, cacao, alcoholic flavors, pretty sweet, average bitterness, a bit to much carbonation, a bit thin, lacks complexity, 'dropwatertje' --- Beer merged from original tick of Dublin Stout - Poitin Infused on 07 Oct 2018 at 17:17 - Score: 7. Bottle [from trade with RW80, thanks!] @ home. Opaque back color, medium sized light brown head. Smell and taste malts, dark malts, lightly chocolate notes in the background but also a nice light underlying bitterness mixed with a light sweet touch. Quite flavorful and all those flavors blend together quite well. Upon opening I got a little booze but that was gone quickly. Medium body, oily texture, medium carbonation. Well done imo, I like it!
