Draft sample a the winery tasting room. Musty apple and rock candy aroma. Light clear yellow, no head as per usual for cider. Sweet musty, earthy apple flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation.

sampled at the cidery last fall - This one has a mild apple aroma. The flavor is light, tart, and somewhat sweet. It’s light bodied and decent but rather forgettable.
