tap at the brewpub - Amber pour, small off-white head. This beer doesn’t kind of smell of caramel. It has a big caramel aroma. Think taking a whiff of a caramel candy. The flavor is of caramel malt with mild hops bitterness. It’s light to medium bodied and while maybe a touch watery, is quite good.

draft - Light, hoppy aroma, thin head. It’s smooth and has some light hoppy bitterness, but I really expected more. The body was too thin and the taste too watery. It’s okay, but I know a bitter can be better.

Tap at brewery. Buttery fruity caramel malt aroma. Murky amber with a small off-white head, thick creamy lacing. Biscuity caramel malt and light grassy hops flavor. Medium body and carbonation. Slightly astringent.

Not too many notes on the ESB. Poured a copper color, with a thin white head. Aroma of light malts and earthy hops. Nice flavor though- toasty malts, wood, and slightly bitter, earthy hops dominated the palate. I would drink this again.
