Bomber from a Safeway as Woodchuck Cellar Series Ginger (6.9%). Pours perry color with a few bubbles. Very light ginger over mild cider for aroma. Med minus body. Flavor is clean, mild ginger, and a cider that is not too much "skin". Quite drinkable. More ginger wouldn’t hurt.

bottle - Pours pale yellow and smells of green apples and ginger. It has a sweet apple flavor with clear but not overpowering ginger. It’s sweet but not as sweet as many of the Woodchuck ciders, which is a good thing. Tasty cider.

Now I’m a big fan of ginger, let’s see how this does.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy golden yellow color with a decent transparency about it allowing carbonation to be seen rising. There was no head.
The smell did have the ginger which I did like how it came across. Light apples came through subtly.
The taste was mainly sweet as the ginger faded just a tad. Apples dominated in the flavor.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a pretty decent sessionability about it. The ginger shows a decent harshness but becomes slightly subtle.
Overall, good cider I could see myself actually having again.

Bottle at a work event. From notes. Loads of apples with a decent ginger backbone. Pretty darn good thing.

Bottle. Fresh apple and candied ginger aroma. Clear pale yellow. Sweet / tart apple and slightly spicy ginger flavor. Light crisp body, on the sweet side of dry. I’m a huge ginger fan, so I dug this in a big way.

12 oz bottle. Cider poured an amber color with just a small white head that quickly dissipated. Aroma is apples with touches of ginger spice. Flavor is apples, spices and some strong ginger-like notes.

Pours almost completely clear with pale yellow hue. Little lacing very small head, light body, , and very light ginger aroma. Taste is ginger and some dry apple. Not one of Woodchuck’s offerings I enjoy.

12n ounce bottle from a Kroger. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a thin frothy white head that fades quickly. Aroma of sweet apples and faint ginger. The taste is strong ginger with a grainy apple finish. Medium bodied. Decent.

Apple nose, semi sweet and well rounded. Crystal clear, pale greenish-yellow. Even blend of apple and ginger, with unexpected and pleasant appearances of bubble gum. Not hot or spicy. Ginger is used very well to compliment the cider rather than dominate it. Not as intense as it could be, but nice balance.
