For the hopheads! This is an amber colored American-Style India Pale Ale. It starts with a citrus-like aroma from generous helpings of Cascade hops. A very dry but fruity and flavorful beer that has quite a kick!

Tap at brewery. Caramel malt, piney grapefruit peel hops aroma. Clear amber with a small beige head. Caramel malt, piney grapefruit hops flavor. Medium sticky body. Very malt forward, which is my personal preference in an IPA.

brewpub sampler - Pours copper with a very long lasting head. There’s a good, grapefruit hops aroma. The taste has some good upfront sweetness before the citrus hops bitterness hits. I really enjoyed the balanced character. Then there’s the customary lingering hops bitterness of this style. Well done.
