This is a dark German-style of wheat beer. It has the same banana and clove flavors of the Heavenly Hefeweizen and, it has the roasted and toasted flavors of a good brown ale that comes from the carabrown and midnight wheat malts.

Tap at brewery. Sweet banana, toasty wheat malt, and yeasty aroma... almost banana bread. Deep chestnut with a small beige head. Banana, toast, light clove, and earthy flavor. Medium body, slightly dry, moderate carbonation.Very enjoyable, easy drinking beer.
