Apples and maple syrup fill the nose, this ots wine is made in the old German tradition by fermenting the cider with maple syrup, harvested from trees just down the road. Apple dominates the wine with maple syrup undertones throughout the drink.

sampled at the cidery last fall - This cider smells of green apples and some alcohol. It has a dry taste with apples and a little maple sweetness. It finishes dry and overall is fairly good but I liked some of the others more.

Tap at orchard tasting room. Clear yellow with a minimal head. Fresh ripe apple, maple, vanilla aroma. Ripe apple, light maple, and alcohol flavor.l Light body, dry finish, and light alcohol warmth.
