Jalapeno peppers fill the nose of this cider. It is a marriage of apples and jalapeño peppers, we left the seeds out during fermentation to keep the heat down making this cider twice the fiesta, but only half the heat.

Tap at orchard tasting room. Fresh apple and green jalapeno aroma. Clear golden yellow with a minimal head. Green jalapeno and fresh apple flavor, absolutely no spicy heat, just pure green jalapeno flavor. Light body, dry finish. Apple pepper combo worked surprisingly well.

tap at OktoBeerfest in Fort Wayne - Pours cloudy pale green and smells of green apples and jalapenos. It has a spicy, tart apple flavor. The jajapenos are very prominent in the taste. It’s a light bodied, decent cider, but I’m not a big fan of the hot spice in it.
