Apples and hops dominate the nose, we took some hops and added it to the juice prior to fermentation for this ots wine. It is a pleasant blend of fruity, sweet apples with earthy hops. Crisp and refreshing, it is all hopped up!

sampled at the cidery - Pours cloudy pale green with a flowery, apple aroma. The hops give it a nice mild bitterness to go with the apples. It’s light to medium bodied and seems to be lightly carbonated. Quite good.

Tap at orchard tasting room. Fresh apple and light fresh hops aroma. Clear yellow with no head. Flavor follows the nose, fresh apple and light green hoppy flavor. Light body, dry finish.
