After brewing several iterations of this IPA for draft pours in Burlington, we’ve come to love this beer. There is a herbaceous dank quality that harmonizes with a soft, creamy mouthfeel and notes of honeydew, tangerine, peach, and papaya. It’s a wonderful beer for enjoying at a concert or even an orchestral performance.

Taster showing pale gold with half a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows moderately intense clean notes of adzuki bean and light pineapple. The palate is moderately carbonated and medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Moderately intense notes of pineapple and light pine resin with a slight herbaceous edge. Pronounced NE style malt backbone (a lot of adzuki) and no bitterness on the finish.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Cloudy yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Some citrus notes. Heavy bitter flavor. Average heavy bitter finish. Oily palate.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is murky golden. Aroma and taste are rich bitter hops, fruits, citrus, flowers, malt and has a nice hoppy bitter finish.
