Draft at Hellcat Annie's. Unclear yellow color with a thin white head and some light, drippy lacework. Lemon / lime zest. Light tropical fruit. Hints of dry spice. Finishes fairly bitter. Slightly odd feel. Interesting.

Tap into a wineglass tumbler showing hazy light yellow with a sparse white foam. The nose shows juicy pineapple. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Strong flavours of pineapple with a light citric acidity with a light bitterness.
