A refreshingly hoppy American pale ale, Pipsqueak Penguin is another edition in our "Small Bird Series" of lower ABV offerings, this time brewed for the colder months! The nose is a fusion of lime zest and pineapple. White grape and clementine fill out the flavor profile, balanced by a structured grainy backbone and a crisp, dry finish.

16 oz. can in a trade with Chalumeaux.cloudy golden color, very low Co2. Aroma is bold grapefruits, grassy, and notes of straw.
Flavor has a lasting grassy character through the out with a decent amount of citrus. Bitterness is in the form of lemon pith. It also displays a mild juicy element that can be found in many of this breweries APAβs \ IPAβs. Nice mouthfeel, very easy to drink.

Pours hazy peach into a tulip. White head with little retention recedes to nothing. Citrus and caramel aromas. Dry with caramel and hay upfront turning to citrus before the medium length bitter earth finish.
