The perfect sour. Our house Berliner Weisse recipe (soured with our, continuously evolving, barrel stored lactobacillus culture) conditioned on a small tropical islands worth of passionfruit. Expect a lovely fruity aroma, more fruit on the tongue, and even more fruit on the finish all rounded with a gentle acidity from the souring process. Brewed with only the finest Belgian malts and our House Lactobacillus Culture under the careful watch of our Head Brewer, Declan Nixon.

Tap as part of a sampler at Woodworkers. I thought this missed the mark and was disjointed all around. None of the subtlety of a Berliner Weiss.

Really nice sourness. Tart and acidic, clean and light with a good full body. A little too much on the passionfruit and citrus bite. Craft beer store dresden

Can thanks to Tom. Appearance - cloudy golden brown. Generous head. Nose - passion fruit of course, sour pineapple/citrus thing. Funky. Taste - loads of passionfruit this time. Again, I think some pineapple. Interesting savoury/nutty note underneath. Palate - creamy and close to medium bodied. Dry tangy finish. Overall - I thought from the nose, this was heading down the 'too sour' for my palate but the palate is much more balanced.
