The perfect sour. Our house Berliner Weisse recipe (soured with our, continuously evolving, barrel stored lactobacillus culture) conditioned on a small tropical islands worth of passionfruit. Expect a lovely fruity aroma, more fruit on the tongue, and even more fruit on the finish all rounded with a gentle acidity from the souring process. Brewed with only the finest Belgian malts and our House Lactobacillus Culture under the careful watch of our Head Brewer, Declan Nixon.

Can from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is tart fruits with lots of passion fruit, lactic notes, and soft wheat. Flavour is tart and nicely sour with a little sweetness. Body is light to medium. Very tasty passion fruit Sour!

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Orange colour. Light malty and hoppy moldy aroma. Light bitter week moldy passionfruit flavor- Average light bitter acetic finish. Oily palate.

Bottle shared with Beerhunter111. Smooth fruity sourness. Nice intense fruitiness, soft and mild sour. Very fruity with a tart and very refreshing finish. Nice fruity, tropical hints, soft lactic sourness. Great.

Can. Sour lactic flavor with passion fruit. passion fruit and apple in the aroma. Friendly, maybe a bit simple but perfectly drinkable.

44cl can. A slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of sour tropical fruits, yellow fruits, pineapple. Taste of tart yellow fruits, grapes, lime, tropical fruits.

Can 500ml @ My parent's place
Pours hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tart and passionfruit. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a long dry, tart and passionfruit finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft to fizzy.
