The perfect sour. Our house Berliner Weisse recipe (soured with our, continuously evolving, barrel stored lactobacillus culture) conditioned on a small tropical islands worth of passionfruit. Expect a lovely fruity aroma, more fruit on the tongue, and even more fruit on the finish all rounded with a gentle acidity from the souring process. Brewed with only the finest Belgian malts and our House Lactobacillus Culture under the careful watch of our Head Brewer, Declan Nixon.

Bottle shared by Beersiveknown @ tasting at his place. Huge thanks Steve! Hazy pale yellow color, small to average sized white head. Aroma and flavor both are a very nice mix of pleasant sourness and sourish fruity influences. Pleasant soft carbonation adds to superb drinkability. Very nice.

Bottle from O’Brien’s, Athlone [260616]
Ligth amber soft haze, frothy white head
Aroma - Huge passion fruit juice, some grapefruit
Taste of sweet fruity passion fruit, grapefruit, sweet fruity alcopop, sour
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, haribo sweet acidity. Finish of citric acid, big passion fruit, getting some cereal in the tail, a bit too acidic
Overall - Nice, huge fruits, but not complex - I do tire of these beers very quickly
