Ramillies is our heavy hopped and double barreled Barleywine. A blend of one beer that has spent 12 months in a Heaven Hill barrel, bringing juicy orange and honey notes, and another beer that has spent 5 months in Buffalo Trace barrels, bringing toffee and vanilla. This beer has been heavily hopped to provide a rounded bitterness to the sweetness brought from the barrels. And the extended time in wood has added plenty of oak and complexity. A beer that brings along true firepower.
