[ As Genossenschaftsbrauerei Rötz 1017er Jubelbier ].Clear medium to light red amber colour with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, vintage malt - bread, light grain, light bread. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, vintage malt - grain - bread - fruity malt, sugary malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
