De Tripel (8%), is een volmondig gebalanceerd bier wat zeer toegankelijk is. We hebben voor dit bier wederom gekozen voor een klassiek recept met Europese hoppen en een bijzonder kruid. De aanzet is zacht-zoet door het toepassen van zoete curaçao schillen en zoethoutwortel. Daarnaast heeft dit bier een ongebruikelijk kruid, gedroogde paardenbloem. Dit geeft het bier een frisse kruidige bitter mee die je subtiel proeft. Samen vormt dit voor een mooi smaak profiel en maakt dit een verraderlijk door drinkbare Tripel.

33cl bottle from Bier Lokaal beer store in Breda, Netherlands.
F: medium, white, quick gone.
C: gold, light hazy.
A: malty, banana, pears, honey, bready, spicy.
T: full malty base, red apples, honey, pears, banana, decent bitterness, bit spicy, medium carbonation, ok for the style, enjoyed.

A golden beer, a head is surpiringly small and white. Aroma has grain, fruitness, some herbs. Taste has fruitness, also some over riped fruit, light grain, also sweetness of maltyness. Medium bodied. Boring, no luxorious nuancees, I woud expect from a good Tripel.

Clear golden colour with lasting head. It's a clean but rather clean Tripel. Lots of sweetness in the aftertaste.

330ml bottle. Minmally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, fading, snow-white head. Yeasty fruity, wheaty, minimally strawy aroma, notes of banana, a touch of honey, baked banana. Taste is sweet-ish, yeasty fruity, wheaty malty, notes of banana, a touch of honey, baked banana, some mirabelle. Oily texture, smooth an dsoft palate, soft carbonation.

Helder donkergeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is zoet met iets van banaan en een vleug citrus. Goede tripel.

Bottle. Golden color. Subtiel malt, citrus and floral notes in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with Peach, orange and soft floral notes. Sticky.

33 cl. bottle shared with Suus @ Alex and Suus. Clear amber with a white head. yeasty fruity aroma. Sweet taste with a medium bitter finish. Decent tripel.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een licht troebel oranje bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een fruitige geur. De smaak is moutig, fruitig en zoet. Klein beetje gistachtig. Erg goede Tripel.

Bottle @ home. A bit unclear orange golden color with a medium sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, sweetness, yeasty, slightly spices. Soft carbonation and decent body. Not bad.
