Waltzing Vanillla is a collab with our friends from Social Vanilla - a company importing great and socially sustainable vanilla beans from Uganda. Obviously we had to use vanilla. We decided to brew a kettle sour with blood orange and raspberry, thinking that vanilla would add a nice dimension. We are happy with the result and hope you are too :)

On tap at Mikkeller CPH Airport. Hazy dark golden/orange with a small white head. Medium tart with passionfruit, vanilla and orange.

Where: MBCC 2022.
Appearance: Hazy dark golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Malt, fruit, sour, acidic, funk.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, fruit, sour, acidic, funk, yeast.

Draft. An unclear red beer with a pinkish head. The aroma has notes berries, funk, and wheat. The flavor is sour with notes of berries, berries, and funk, leading to a tart finish

Draft at Fermentoren CPH. Poured an unclear reddish orange colour with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is peachy citrus and vanilla. The flavour is moderate sour, light sweet, with a dry, crisp, juicy tart orange, peach, passionfruit citrus, light sweet vanilla palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
