We had the pleasure of brewing with Damian of Emperors Brewery fame last year when we worked on a charity collab for F**k Cancer. We took some of that beer and matured it in Laphroaig quarter casks. A full on multi layered imperial stout crammed with aromas and flavours of peat smoke, vanilla, oak, chocolate and coffee.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5

Can at James's. pours black, nose is smoky, caramel, chocolate, toffee, wood, meaty, taste is quite salty, chocolate, peat smoke, chewy, dry, vanilla. Could do with more peat but its nice.

can at James... thin tan lacing lacing.. soft sweet chocolate salty malts... soft chocolate roast.. Light soft chocolate roast malts... soft re.. but the islay is growing on the finish

Can thanks to AshtonMcCobb. Pours black with a thick tan head. Aromas of leather, smoke, peat, boozy, burnt toffee. Taste is boozy, chocolate, coffee, toffee, faint smoke. Boozy finish.
