Draught Ultra-dense & fine yellowish head ovre fully hazy straw coloured beer. Textbook lacerings. Very inviting nose with exotic fruit, fines herbes, nectarine, lunaria, and fruit-and-vegetable salad. Really bitter, fruitesters, chalk, bitter fruitpeel, citruspeeloil, lupulin galore. Yeast-filled priming up the body. Good carbonation. Just a tad too 'thick' to be refreshing. One of Tom's better ones. Peaufiner le style , good thing, but one gets an idea of déjà vu , to remain in the language of Molière.
