A ruby-red, bottom fermented beer, with pure Vienna malt at the base, perfected with the addition of many speciality malts. Like a Viennese waltz the Doppelbock dances over the tongue in 3/4 time: slightly bitter, sweet and fruity. Whilst its aroma of toffee, red fruit and nobel hops reflect the imperial allure of old. The Vienna Doppelbock is brewed once a year and released in October.

Bottle. Brown color. Malt, a hint of roast and caramel in the aroma and flavor. Malty sweet, raisin. Decent, without being spectacular.
