Digging deep into British Brewing traditions with some new-world hopping techniques. Hooligan is a malt-forward brew that does not shy away from hops. This beer is a blend of Comet, Glacier, Citra, and Cascade hops - giving unique aromatics and flavors of citrus with cedar and pine tones on a big caramel malty body. While ESB means "Extra Special Bitter", we focused on delivering a bold poetic balance between malt and hops.

473ml can. Pours a clear amber-copper with a small, foamy, short lived, beige head that laces. Sweet aroma of caramel malt, plum, cedar, grapefruit and floral hops. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, plum, grapefruit, pine and spicy hops in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Tasty and well balanced.
