Cloudy, dark brown colored, medium creamy beige head, good lasting. Aroma is of banana shake, caramel, fruity estery, yeast, oxidized. Taste s very sweet, brown sugar, badly aged fruity-caramel, banana milkshake, apple, yeast, light herbal bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, bit syrupy.

Huge thanks Koelschtrinker! Shared with ogivlado, kajser and franski. Muddy light brown body with a small off white head. Overy sweet, sickly caramel, some banana esters. Mostly sickly caramel. Tastes more like a doppelbock than a weizen-doppelbock. Basically, a sligthly more lactic, caramelly version of a malt-dominant doppelbock. Not cloying though. Some rotten apple, vague alcohol, very vague apple. Somewhat warming. Not in its peak perhaps, and I will rerate it one day, but it should’ve kept better than this.

Bottled. A red-brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, bread, and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, fruit, and bread, leading to a dry bready finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle, 8.9%. Weak syrupy aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour also seems syrupy, but at the same time it is dry. Has some dark sweet malt in the finish, along with a bit of alcohol. Considering the ABV, this could have been more flavourful. The wheat element of the beer is not so much noted in the aroma or flavour, but the mouthfeel is good.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts strong and yeasty, modest fruity. Finish is strong-yeasty, a bit prickly, could be a little bit more fruity, but still a really good beer!
