This beer is a collaboration between two funk families. Brewed with rolled oats, wheat, lactose milk sugar, soured with our wild house Lactobacillus culture, fermented with Kveik, this smoothie sour was conditioned on a reckless amount of apricot, raspberry & vanilla.

Deep opaque red with a small head. Candied red fruit. Soured candied red fruit and some vanilla. Sweet and pleasant.
