We’ve brewed up a duo of West Coast IPAs with our friends at Brew York; firstly, we visited them to brew ‘Thorny Eagle’, which was followed by a great evening in York, later described as ‘some Friday, that’! This westie opens with a tantalising bouquet of grapefruit and mango, followed by lemon and stone fruit across the palate. The mouthfeel is well rounded with a classic bitter west coast finish.

Rocky white head on clear amber coloured body. Pine & resin aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a harsh back. Marmalade, resinous, pine, pith & grapefruit tastes with a floral finish. Drinker!
