Recuperamos una de nuestras cervezas más exitosas del año pasado. Esta Imperial Stout aúna en una sola cerveza los matices a torrefactos de la base de maltas, junto al extra de dulzor de la lactosa, el toque a cacao y humo de los nibs de cacao de Papúa-Nueva Guinea y el punto alicorado de la infusión en madera de vino de Porto y Bourbon, una auténtica vorágine de aromas y sabores en uno de nuestros petróleos más complejos.
Adjuntos: lactosa, cacao de Papúa-Nueva Guinea (Kaitxo Specialty), infusionada con chipos de roble en Porto y Bourbon

Intensiver, leicht scharfer Malzbeginn. Trotz des Alkoholgehalts süffig, rund, sehr weich. Sehr süffig bleibend, langer, weich malziger Abgang. 10/12/11/12//12

Tap. Black color with small beige head. Aroma is cocoa, chocolate, port indeed, wood, fruity. Taste is amazing barrel blend, actual cocoa, not smoky I don't think, perhaps just a touch, good cocoa finish. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Excellent stuff!

Interesting beer, pretty tasty. Quite sweet, bit too much for me, plenty of chocolate present. Lots of barrel there, both port and Scotch, well balanced with each other, but too much for the beer. Tasty, but just out of balance.

Bottled 330ml. -shared with hrabren & Marko. Black coloured, small brownish head, chocolate and mild smoke in the nose. Sweet roasted malt, chocolate, cocoa powder, notes of smoke and lactose with touch of alcohol and peat.

0.33 l bottle thanks to godfather Buljan and PBF_pivica who shared with Marko, Ogi and myself. Oily black. Aroma is intense dried fruit, raisins, figs, dates. Roasted malts, cocoa, maybe a touch of oak or smoke. A fruity touch. Also, a cardboard touch. Some alcohol. Thick, sticky, oily, sweet. Oversweet. Sweet cocoa drink. Loads of figs and dates. Strawberry. Finishes with some oak, tannins and peat.

Bottled, Šumetlička. Brownish black, no head. Peaty, lightly oily aroma, cakey touches. Soft taste, minerally cocoa, caramel and soft peat. Warming, but not aggressive, highly pleasant. Very good, very balanced stuff.

Pours black, small tanned head. Scent is roasty, full, chocolate intense cover over a completely hidden to lost barrel profile. Taste is full, itnense chocolate, fairly sweet, balanced - to an extreme. lovely IMPY, tasted blind, the barrels were lost, but the pleasure wasn't !

Clear dark brown to black beer, no head. Aroma: nice, malty, alcohol, caramel, vanilla notes, good roast, quite some chocolate. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet and sugary, nice roast, heavy, alcohol, pretty bitter, malty, chocolate, vanilla, not bad! Aftertaste: sweet, malty, roasted, bitter, oxidized, coffee, dark chocolate, bit of an alcohol burn, nice one!

Noire huile de moteur, filament huileux et doré au verre, pas de col.
Arôme est assez marqué par les effluves de malts, petite impression de bacon fumé (possible tourbé venant de la barrique de whisky), grosse dose de chocolat et pâte de cacao, caramel, léger côté fruits secs et noirs avec un mélange de barriqué plaisant sans qu'aucune ne prenne le dessus sur une autre.
Palais est épais sur une effervescence faible ce qui accentue le côté boozy - cependant, ce dernier est complexe, mariage des deux barriques, caramel, toffee presque beurre salé, cacao généreux voire pâte de cacao, ajout de barrique avec un boisé subtile et petite pointe d'oxydé Port.
