Dorada oscura, ambar. Espuma decente, que deja película. Aroma lupulado herbal. Lupulada también en boca, bastante amarga. Herbal. Cuerpo moderado. Bien de gas. Final de amargor intenso. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Has a good pamplemousse aroma and solid citrus notes. Flavour is good hop notes and grapefruit. Okay mouthfeel. it’s decent but not too exciting.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 21A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L-003. AROMA: moderate-low hop aroma with faint notes of citrus and slight pine, floral. background of sweet malt with caramel notes and a bit of peppery alcohol. APPEARANCE: light ambar color and translucent. medium ivory head with medium-low retention. TASTE: moderate-low hop notes similar to aroma (slight resin, floral, grass) almost in balance with a sweet malt background with caramel character. medium bitterness that lasts beyond a semi-dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-light to medium body with a slight velvety texture. medium-low carbonation. no astringency. OVERALL: an american style IPA without the classic upfront hop presence and with a bit too much caramel.
