Tap at FlevoBierFestival, Almere: Very dark brown colored brew with an little to sweet bitter taste, hints of brown sugar, caramel and dried fruit.

Bottle. Dark amber color. Malt, toffee, cellar notes and aceton in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with toffee, cellar notes and vegetables. Alcoholic. Low on carbon. Not good.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ W. van Schaik, Vianen. Brown with an off-white head. Malty caramel aroma. Very sweet taste, tastes like it has not been fermented fully perhaps. Alcohol is well hidden. Not very enjoyable to me.

van tap @Utrechtse Bierbrouwers Festival 2017, donker bruin tot zwart met lichte kaki kraag. aroma van caramel, graan, donker fruit zoals rozijn. smaken zijn echt mega zoet, net alsof ik een suikerklontje zit weg te werken, wat gedroogd fruit, caramel, zacht, redelijke body, maar gewoon veel te zoet.

Draft @ UBF 2017. Dark brown color. Aroma’s of red fruit, sugarry. Retronasal it’s sweet, caramel, red fruit. Flavor is heavy sweet, sugarry. Medium bodied. Long finish with no new flavors. One dimensional. Too sweet.
