Met een fris label en een frisse smaak is dit een uitstekend bier om de lente mee in te gaan. De Brett gist zorgt voor een friszuur smaakje met een heerlijk hoppige achtergrond. Gehopt met BRU-1, Idaho-7 en Citra-cryo hoppen heeft deze IPA een ontzettend dorstlessend karakter. En is het nou een Monty Python referentie, of is dat toeval?

Can 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Murky yellow golden colour, small stable moussy white to off-white head, thin moussy rim remains, fair lacing. Aroma pale malts, grapefruit, piney hops, hint of brett, light nutty touch, after a short while barnyard and horse blanket. Retronasal brett, barnyard and horse blanket notes. Taste medium sweet, light sourish, touch of bitterness, malty, brett, sour apples, piney notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweet and sourish aftertaste, mild maltbitter notes, intriguing and complex brew, very good.
