Second blend in our collaboration with Van Moll. A dark blend where we used the same saison from Gospel but blended with a red wine barrel aged porter from Van Moll and a barrel aged doppelbock from Oedipus.

Listed as a sour porter in the booklet, and as oud bruin on the board. The latter seems more correct. Low carbed, sour, very oaky, some vinegar, and pretty vinous. Lovely soft sourness, no pucker or harshness. Real complex. Good!

Pours dark brown, quite murky it seems, with hardly any head. Aroma's: sour, woody, lactic. Flavour is mainly sour, but not puckering, with wood notes. Medium bodied. Alcohol doesn't feel like 9% (and shouldn't have to be). Pleasant.
