Taste is tart-ish, herbal-spicy yeasty, sweet-ish fruity, wheaty and pale malty, initial hints of brine, some dill and sage, fruity middle part with a touch of peach and quince, again more herbal flavours in the last third; lingering, tart-ish finish with fade-out of the herbal aspects, maintenance of the fruity flavours.
