330ml bottle. Hazy, deep, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal, spicy, mildly tangy and minimally fruity, yeasty aroma, notes of brine, dill, sage, some white pepper, a touch of quince, peach, minimally bready, spicy, pale and wheaty malty background. Taste is tart-ish, herbal-spicy yeasty, sweet-ish fruity, wheaty and pale malty, initial hints of brine, some dill and sage, fruity middle part with a touch of peach and quince, again more herbal flavours in the last third; lingering, tart-ish finish with fade-out of the herbal aspects, maintenance of the fruity flavours. Minimally creamy, acid thinned watery texture, minimally astringent palate, fine, soft, creamy, still efficacious carbonation. Well balanced, fairly complex, refreshing - good! --- Beer merged from original tick of Bivouac on 06 Jun 2022 at 20:12 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8.
