Bottle at home. Funky barnyard dominant aroma, with a hint of honey grains, some esters, some floral character and citrus touches. Taste is floral-estery upfront, then it shows citruses, some apples and loads of funk all along with a nice fruity acidity. Light and vibrant, complex yet easily drinkable and refreshing. Right up my alley.

330mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a tiny white head. Aroma is full of dry oak, some old earthiness, wild bugs, and rustic farmhouse notes -- mmm. Flavour reveals a subtle but complex wild yeast character, along with rustic saison yeast, light earthiness, and a nice old earthiness a la bi�re de garde. Real nice rustic and buggy character. Excellent classic-style saison.

BB . yellow hazy color, small white head. smells wood, earthy, grassy, bit herbal, bit grainy, tobacco, peppery, dusty. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, tobacco, bit grainy, minerality. finishes dry and lightly bitter with notes of grassy, pepper and minerality. nice stuff, pretty good to drink. not overly complex, nice overall. tad heavy.

Draft @ Dynamo. Brasserie que je ne connaissais pas et qui se concentre également sur la méthode en coolship, décidément très à la mode.
Couleur pâle dorée présentant un léger voile, col blanc moyen peu tenace.
Arôme marqué sur le funk avec des effluves de barriques qui rendent un rétro-nasal fruité vert/blanc.
Palais est d'emblée marqué par le funk et une acidité prenante que je n'attendais pas spécialement pour une saison sauvage. Ce volet de la base classique est assez vite éludé pour faire place à un funk et acidité qui pour moi nuisent un peu à ce caractère qui est d'autant sec - celle-ci s'apparentant plus à un farmhouse américaine. En retrait, je note bien un fond boisé/fruité venant de la barrique ave un côté Muscat de fruits blancs voire à noyaux.

Bottle. Very lively. Clear golden. Lemon balm, massive sweaty funk, wheat, lemon zesty sugared candy herbs. Soft sweet malts, a touch of herbs and hops. Medium sweet with a light sour and bitter touch. Medium bodied. I love it!
