Dieser naturtrübe, helle Doppelbock reifte mehrere Monate auf Sandelholz und erinnert farblich an aufgehende Sonnenstrahlen, die durch den Schleier des rheinischen Frühnebels dringen. Sein Duft erinnert an die holzig-harzigen Noten heimischer Wälder. Etwas Rezenz und Säure gesellen sich hinzu. Was die Nase schon entdeckte, offenbart sich anschließend harmonisch auf der Zunge. Malzsüße, Vollmundigkeit und sanfte Bittere fügen sich zu einem runden Ganzen zusammen.

Bottle. Golden color. Citrus, malt and oily wood in the aroma. Malty citric woody flavor. like eating an oldfashioned wooden chair. Out of balance but aromatic and flavorful.

Clear dark blond colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have intense malts. Smooth and sweet. The dry woodiness brings balance.

330ml bottle. Slightly milky, orangey, deep golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish malty aroma, hints of honey, cautious woody overtones. Taste is moderately sweet malty, hints of honey, vanilla, a dry woody touch.

Festival der Bierkultur 2015. Nice smooth and fresh nose of wood. Smooth and mild fresh beginning, soft with a nice fresh woody aroma. Not to deep, not too much bitterness, soft woody. Vanilla, soft wood, hints of malty sweetness. Nice and round.

Klares kräftig goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, holzig, alkoholisch, süß. Geschmack süß, viel Vanille, kräftig malzig, leicht alkoholisch.

Vollmundiger, etwas süßer Antrunk mit hell holzigen Noten, etwas Karamell. Im Mittelteil wird der Alkohol erkennbar, nach wippte vor sind die Holznoten im Vordergrund. Minimal schokoladiger Nachgeschmack, hier wirkt die Holzigkeit unausgewogen. Ansonsten gut! 10/11/8/8/12/10
