Brewed in collaboration with "Distilerija" bar. This IPA is brewed with Gin & Tonic spices: orange and lemon zest, juniper berries, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, allspice, rosemary. Traditional IPA flavours brought by citrusy hops from New Zealand: Azacca and Ahtanum.

Smell of herbs, fruit. Cloudy lemon colour, high white head. Aroma of cinnamon, other spices, herbs, fruit. Foamy palate. Sour-ish, I guess.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Sakiškių Gin & Tonic IPA ].[ Trade by HenrikSoegaard ]. Clear medium to dark yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, juniper - gin, moderate hoppy, citrus, lime, perfume, spicy, soapy, rosemary, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, spicy, rosemary, coriander, juniper, perfume, pale malt, sweet malt, citrus grass, medium dry, juniper - hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20181103] 5-3-4-3-8

330ml bottle. Pours nice golden, lightly cloudy and decent foamy head. Nose is fresh, herbal and spicy. Mint, maybe juniper and lime peels, not sure if its really resembling gin and topic but it sure feels interesting. Tastes also juicy, some lime peels and spices, smooth drinking.

Golden, slightly hazy colour, big cloudy head and lace. Strong spicey rosemary, lemon zest, ginger, coriander aroma. LIght-bodied. Flavour is not as spicey as the nose. It has some citrusy hops, pale malts, juniper and cinnamon. Aftertaste is zesty spicey. Idea is interesting but massive amount of herbs ruins the G&T idea. Anyhow not totally undrinkable.
