Brewed in collaboration with "Distilerija" bar. This IPA is brewed with Gin & Tonic spices: orange and lemon zest, juniper berries, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, allspice, rosemary. Traditional IPA flavours brought by citrusy hops from New Zealand: Azacca and Ahtanum.

330ml bottle. Clear, amber colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy, fruity, and citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of juniper, juniper berry, some lemon, lemon zest, a touch of cinnamon and allspice. Taste displays the some flavours in three layers, ranked by decreasing coat thickness: juniper & juniper berry, lemon & lemon zest, basic and thinnest layer with spicy hints of allspice, cinnamon, cardamom; widely disguised caramel malty "matrix". Harmonious and well balanced.

Lightly hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry and with a good fine minerally crispness. Light malts, lightly sweet. Good G&T vibe here, plenty of juniper, mildly bitter. Bitterish floral citrus underneath. Pinch of black pepper. Light crispy finish. Good concept, well executed.

33cl bottle. Hazy orange colour with a large smooth off-white head. Aroma is full of citrus zest and spices, coriander, cardamom, juniper. Taste is citrusy and spicy, orange zest, coriander, cardamom, juniper berries, ginger... was enjoying the first few sips of this but it then left a weird bitter spicy aftertaste which was a little unpleasant. Medium body, average carb. Not great, but interesting... Perhaps a different combination of botanicals may have worked better... or not.

Tap at Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Gin, spruce, menthol and malts. Weird and horrible.

0,33 flaske fra Bulgarsk Mad på Åboulevard (København), på hytta etter dagens økt med oppussing. Lett uklar gylden med flott skum som varer til bunns med både film og fine kniplinger. Spennende aroma av lime og friske einerskudd. Men for en gangs skyld et øl som dufter bedre enn det smaker, selv om smaken egentlig er ganske god. Det er vel bare mersmaken som mangler. Et interessant forsøk, og det skal man applaudere selv om det ikke ble en innertier.

Cloudy golden with a big and lasting white head. Spicy aroma like an over elaborate home made tonic water with lime and cinnamon. Sweet fruity and spicy flavour.

09-07-17 // bottle from Bierothek Frankfurt. Pours an almost clear dark golden beer with a big white head. Aroma of sweet malts with some juniper spice. Bottle at Craft & Draft. Cloudy golden amber color white ice cream cone head. Huge juniper aroma with light citrus. Taste is juniper and lemon lime. Interesting.
