Made in collaboration with Made By Marcus. Steeped with bergamot and apricot and deeply delicious, it took two to make a thing go right with this kettle sour, so we called on a fellow local purveyor of fine flavours, Made by Marcus Ice Cream, to help us make it so. Rock on.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy gold-orange with yeast particles in suspension and a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet fruity aroma of grainy pale malt, apricot, orange, herbal and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy pale malt, apricot, orange peel, vanilla, black tea and floral hops in a dry, tart finish. Medium body with a smooth, almost creamy texture and soft carbonation. Delicious and refreshing.
