A collab with Nerd Brewing and it had to be a BIG impy stooOOoot!!! And don't worry we haven't disappointed you here. It's literally a hot chocolate stout. Smooth, full bodied with that hit of chilli. It's our biggest mash yet! It was 2 tons of grain in a double mash. Our arms are still sore after that!!!

On tap at The Head of Steam, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of roasted malt, light chili, and some cocoa. Flavour is sweet and gently spicy, with lots of chocolate, moderate spice, and a touch of roast. Heavily sweet, with gentle chili. Pleasant but not the finest impie out there by a long shot—becomes cloying after a while.

Draught, taster at Oslo Craft Beer Festival, blue session. Pitch black, dotted spots on the glass, filmy layer. Inviting smell of chocolate and cocoa, slightly spiced. Similar taste of grainy chocolate and cocoa gradually overrun by chili spices to a long lived ending. Rather heavy to drink, okay in smaller amounts. (Oslo 07.05.2022).

Can from the House of Trembling Madness. Pours dark brown with a thin brown head. Aromas of nutty dark chocolate, nutella I guess. Taste has some heat, but mostly sweet dark chocolate. Boozy finish.

Keg at Suds and Soda, Derby bimble, 11/02/22. Black with a good sized tan head that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is dark malts, chocolate, toffee fudge, cacao rip, light booze, modest roast. Taste comprises dark malts, chocolate, fruit cake, molasses, light chilli kiss, fruit cake, spice. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Solid stuff ... the chili is subtle and well tempered.
