We've added Simcoe, Citra & Centennial hops throughout every minute of the 75 minute boil for a powerful tasty IPA, plus a late flourish of Centennial Cryo. Fruity, citrus, pithy and resinous., with a little touch of caramel-biscuit malt sweetness and a clean yeast character.

Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address is also referred to as the 'famous 75 minutes '. This 75 minutes won't get that famous but it's a solid enough beer, strong but fruity - most notable in its aftertaste where the tropical is at its best. Hazy amber colour.

Cask! Kelham Island Tavern Sheffield. Hazed amber gold. Thick off white suds. Nose has boiled hop, unsurprisingly. Pretty leafy and herbal. Taste is heavy sweet, with a big bosh of herbal grassy bitterness. Slick and fairly heavy on the palate. Fine carbonation. Big bitterness to finish.

440ml can from Craft & Berry. Gluten Free. Orange gold colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of tropical fruity mango, citrus, resiny hop. Taste is malt, caramel, tropical fruity, mellow orange citrus, pine resin, and spicy hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry hopped bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.
