From the Denner at Alle, opening this bottle for the 1th of January, at home, Epalinges. A solid and well balanced ipa, fashionable way to brew and this one is dry, mineral, dry malt, floral and bitter with a note of lychee and tropical fruit, hop, 05.01.22

Appearance: Dark orange, slightly hazy. Small off-white head. Aroma: Fruits, perfume, aromatic hops. Taste: Lots of fruits, perfume. Nice hops, light bitterness. Nice. Bought: Fribourg Beer Festival, 300 ml tap, CHF 6.00 Info: 2/9-2023
