Conditioning: Packaged with a small amount of priming sugar for natural carbonation in the bottle. We do not add yeast at this point, or at any point in the process. Bottles laid to rest on side and conditioned until release.
Ingredients: Malted barley (pilsner), malted rye, malted oats, raw wheat, aged hops (whole leaf fuggles & whole leaf strisselspalt), fresh hops (bramley cross, fuggles & mathon) water.
Brew season: 2019/2020 & 2020/2021

Bottle pour, taster. @MBCC 2022, Copenhagen (Denmark). 14/05/2022 [#5.031 Global - #527 England - #5 Crossover Blendery] Pours light hazed golden with a small white head. Aroma: stone fruits, wood and tangerine. Taste: peach, wood barrels and funk. Tart fruity finish. Next one please!

Bottle@MBCC 2022, Copenhagen (14/05/2022) - Tart fruity with notes of stone fruit, getting some peach and apricot, farmyard and orchard fruit, tart fruity close.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is good funk, stinky feet, some peach and apricots. Taste is earthy, barn, dusty horseblanket, apricots, soft, not too tart. Velvety mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Very good!

MBCC. Light hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is dry, malty, barnyard and wood. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 140522
