Massive coconut up front. Lots of chocolate, not super thick, slightly oily. On the mouth, there’s flaked coconut dipped in chocolate with sea salt and a hint of pistachio. Touch of spice from the barrel.

Sampled from the tap at Funk Factory. Pours an earthy oily black with a dark brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a boozy dark grain with roast and barrel supporting. Flavor has vanilla and coconut up front with sweet dark grains and roast backing.

Tap @MBCC 2022, Blue Session. Oily black, no head. Rich malty aroma, earthy, nutty. Sweet flavour, boozy buzz, heavy dusty malt, coconut and vanilla.
